The adventure/venture continues with the testing of different beer styles. Our first was a Pale Ale. Very good...we believe it's a keeper. Next was a pilsner. It's still aging no no tasting until may. Last weekend was an Irish red ale...again, waiting until may.
Next will be a Belgium Wit.
From there we'll decide where to go next. Possibly start to experiment with different flavors and herbs.

As per previous post, we've now jumped into brewing beer. So far so good, we've done a sample pale ale and a pilsner. We're at the experimentation phase to get 3 flavors we like and will move forward with.....with the hopes of creating a possible new nano brewery. At the moment we're busting out the pencils and working on the cash flow spreadsheet (haven't done this in a while). The local market is picking up and there's plenty of interest and room to enter the market. We've also ordered some hops to start growing our own. All in all pretty fun !
We're cracking into the pale ale (our rude ale) tonight so I'm excited to see how we did. I'll let you know.
Here's a few pics of the chilly pilly in progress.
