Gourmet Night Keeps Going

We made Elk Sliders !
Here's what we did....

Bought some mini slider ciabatta buns from Super Store (they were very good)...ground Elk from a local farm supplier...Goat Brie Cheese....ground pork...onions

Caramelized the onions (added balsamic vinegar)

mixed the elk and pork, added an egg and some other stuff to bind the meat and broiled them

Bun + Elk/Pork Slider + Onions + Slice of Brie = TASTY GOODNESS !!!!!

Which gourmet vegetables did you elect to serve with the sliders? (the carmelized onions don't count...)
